Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Billology account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Billology.

2. Description of service

Billology is a cloud based billing and invoicing platform operated by Clazzo Innovations from Kochi, India. We provide software to help businesses create invoices, track payments, and manage customers and products.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 30 day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your settings.

5. Your data

Your business data (invoices, customers, products) remains your property. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or otherwise exploit your data. You can export it any time.

If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days in case you return, then it is permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Billology for illegal purposes, to send spam, to violate anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the service or other users. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance, and unexpected outages can occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

Billology is provided as is. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
