What payment methods do you accept? +
Credit and debit cards from all major networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), plus UPI for Indian customers. Payment processing coming shortly.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription? +
Yes. Every payment generates a proper tax invoice you can download and use for accounting.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes. If you decide Billology is not right for you, contact support and we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.
Is there a setup fee? +
No. Sign up and go, that is it. Zero setup fees, zero onboarding charges.
Do prices change during the trial? +
No. The price you see today is what you pay when the trial ends. Introductory pricing is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.
What happens after the 30 day trial? +
If you subscribe, you keep everything you built during the trial. If you do not, your account moves to read only mode. Your data stays available for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Can I pay in my local currency? +
